Experience Kelly is a highly accredited personal trainer and has taught group fitness for over 20 years and provided personal fitness training for 10 years.
Philosophy Kelly’s training philosophy is mutual respect between client and trainer. Her approach aims to establish a mutually respectful and beneficial partnership with her clients to achieve fitness and health goals. She begins the client relationship by assessing their current level of fitness and discussing and assisting with goal setting and takes action during fitness appointments to achieve those fitness goals.
Expertise Kelly trains her clients on overall fitness- strength, cardio, core and healthy lifestyles.
Target Group Kelly’s clients include general population, both men and women, and clients living with Diabetes, Parkinson’s, and those on active chemotherapy for breast cancer.
