Philosophy Kelly’s training philosophy is mutual respect between client and trainer. Her approach aims to establish a mutually respectful and beneficial partnership with her clients to achieve fitness and health goals. She begins the client relationship by assessing their current level of fitness and discussing and assisting with goal setting and takes action during fitness appointments to achieve those fitness goals.
Expertise Kelly trains her clients on overall fitness- strength, cardio, core and healthy lifestyles.
Target Group Kelly’s clients include general population, both men and women, and clients living with Diabetes, Parkinson’s, and those on active chemotherapy for breast cancer.

Roni Pittman

Experience Roni is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Health Coach. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine from Florida A & M University. Roni has been able to help individuals of all ages with various body types and health conditions reach and maintain their health goals.
Philosophy Roni understands being well doesn’t just apply to your physical body, but also to your mind and spirit. Therefore, she encourages a positive attitude, productive thinking, stress-free living, laughter and relaxation. Roni strongly believes possessing knowledge and understanding of wellness for the total being enables one to have a balanced life.
Expertise Roni’s areas of expertise are strength training, rehab/recovery, core strengthening, weight loss and heart health improvement.
Target Group Roni’s target group are individuals that are post-rehab, have heart health issues and seniors.
